JV LLC “MS-BARER TEXTILE” is a modern garment manufacturing company specializing in military uniforms and special-purpose textile products. Due to company expansion, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.

Position: Senior Accountant

Job Summary
The Senior Accountant will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and support financial decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership skills to guide junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and perform account reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
• Monitor accounting controls and recommend process improvements.

Accounting Operations
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow reconciliation.
• Review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments prepared by accounting staff.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and record retention.

Budgeting & Analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Process Improvement
• Enhance accounting systems and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Participate in ERP/accounting software implementation and upgrades.
• Strengthen internal controls across financial processes.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in audit preparation and tax compliance.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
