Project Manager for Construction site

Requirements:

• Higher education, Technical (preferably in construction)
• At least 7 years of experience (Construction Management)
• Good understanding of general construction processes
• Ability to manage a team and contractors
• Experience managing a work schedule
• Experience in coordinating with design organizations and subcontractors
• Willingness to relocate to the Chirchik/Chimgan area
• English and Russian fluency (B2 and upper)
• B-level driver's license

Client Relation

Project Team management 4 to 8 people

Supervision of Author's Control (AC) supplier

Approval's assistance consultancy

Detection of non-conformities to local regulation, it's fixing control

Assistance for Operation permit folder

Design coordination including:

• require from designer the full deliverables list, establish delivery schedue
• control timely delivery of drawings
• control that the latest version of drawings is diffused on site
• control of timely transmission of documentation to GOS Expertise
• Check and Follow-up GOS Expertise interaction with Designer and Client/ Pushing the Designer to fix ASAP the expertise remarks

Change management including:

• Modification From creation for every Project modification impacting works contract. Checking of modification impact for Schedule and Budget.
• Submission MF for Approval to MND. In case postitve decision, implementation of modification into Contractor's obligation end execution on site

Construction process management

Perparation Stage

• POS - PPR - Method Statement Analysis, control, approval
• Acts and tests listing

Execution Phase

• General Schedule Management, including Weekly pointing of works progress, Detection of deviations, catch-up solution proposing​​​​​​​, Control to Contractor for catch-up solutions implementation​​​​​​​, Full Inspections + T&C plan, including all control points
• Quality control organizing with QAQC team
• Hand-Over assistance
• Work progress with BOQ, monthly progress check and approval in conformity with quality requirements

Contract management

• Contractors obligations control - Letters / reminders / Claims
• Contractual Documentation archieving / diffusion
• Document Management plate-form - keeping and approvals process

Weekly meetings organization and MoM: Client / Technadzor/Client/Sub-contractor/Designer

Site visits organization

Reporting organization

Employment conditions:

• Location: Chirchik/Chimgan
• Fixed-term contract until 2026
• Employment in accordance with the Labor law
• Support for relocation to the region (Chirchik)
